What is your process for Design Services?
Upon inquiry, I send you a few key questions to get us ready to roll. I will send you a estimate and as well as a contract. Upon signing of the contract and payment, I GET TO WERK. I will send you three sample designs you can edit/choose from. Upon that we print!
How far in advance should I book my service?
As soon as you can! Sessions and Design projects are always being booked and I have limited days and weekends open to ensure my best work and sanity so waiting can put you at a disadvantage.
Do you only do stationery?
Nope! I am always open to new design projects. I currently do website design for a small local business and I worked for a teeshirt company prior to my own business. Many years of freelancing made me prepare to pivot and I love it!
Can I do just one design or do I need a whole stationery set?
Absolutely. I pride myself in making customizable packages for each client friend's needs. As of 2021, I have three design packages now!
When should I pay you?
Designs payment should be settled two weeks upon sending contract and before any design is created. This ensures I have enough time you are serious about booking as well as I can serve you the best I can and print your designs speedily after! Timeline is subject to change depending on portrait sessions/wedding timelines.
What is your turnaround time?
I work with your timeline to ensure we have enough time to create something unique as well as some wiggle room to get your final design to you to ensure mailing time.
What about Watermark and Copy Right?
For designs alls products are printed through me although, I won't ever put a tacky (Sorry not sorry.) watermark across your face. With this in mind, I will always retain full copyright of my designs, meaning I can share and post your beautiful faces.
For stationaries do we get envelopes with our design?
Yes! All stationery designs come with envelops so all you have to do is address and send!
Can I print through you?
Yes, all designs will be printed with me. All printing fees are included in your invoice!
