"As we drive along this road called life, While I can see the light at the end of the tunnel this semester has officially picked up this week and the title is quite fitting! Multiple projects assigned in printmaking and graphic design, thesis/scheduling worries on my mind, Google Marketing Challenge Competition underway, and then being behind and getting frustrated in alternative process, the stress is real. It didn't help this week I begin working on a whole new project in my internship. Working on the newest event, Converstations has been an exciting, independent project. This a good thing yet intimidating thing. Amy has given me free range for the solid fact in a short period she will be on maternity leave very soon (as in any day now! YAY!). I am excited about this for her family, my experience, yet it's so intimating to know my technical issue crutch will be leaving me. With this in mind this week I really worked on if I didn't know a software, coding question, to try different options or Google before asking Amy. This was solely to get myself use to working completely independently.
Just like anyone, when things get discouraging or frustrating I try my very hardest to look at positive side. I have an awesome course schedule this semester that has made my education even more valuable, an internship and internships options for the future I can take advantage of, and incredible friends and family that inspire me and support me every second of the way. It's time to cherish those things this weekend! Happy Easter!
